We are using the cassettes of high brand and quality trademarks that are among the best available in market. The recording in the cassettes is done in the studio equipped with latest technology systems. The voice is selected from among the professionals for clarity, uniformity and forcefulness.

If any cassettes are found defective it would be replaced immediately and you are expected to return the defective cassette (although defective cassettes are extremely rare because they are thoroughly checked already). 

One should take the following caution in handling cassettes.

1. The cassettes should be not recorded for duplication as it is a registered and copyright material and the cassettes are not designed for duplication.
2. The record player should be not too old are technically defective because it could damage the cassettes.
3. The cassettes could be reused but we assume that you will not like to want the material because it is very useful material, which could be always used as ready reference material.

Delivery : The set is send in two parts. The current affairs parts and few other cassettes are delayed because they are updated till 3 weeks prior to exams. But the first part is sent immediately on receipt of your order.

The set is send usually by courier and it is delivered within 2-3 day's of order. But those places where courier is not available it is sent through registered parcel or speed post.
